Smart Meetering REMO Remote Energy Monitoring
Creating awareness through energy consumption monitoring Electricity, heat and water consumption are collected digitally per unit of consumption, and get transferred to the REMO portal. There it is possible for lodgers to query the data at any time via Internet in the protected portal. The consumption data is presented at regular, short term intervals numerically as well as graphically. The values of the previous year and the average values of the house community are available for comparison to consumers and operators („Benchmarking“). The energy and water consumption is measured with stored rates. The presentation of the past and current cost structure (consumption monitoring) and the prospective cost trend (cost control) allow the consumers to recognize their individual consumption behaviour and to change it.
