For more than half a century the family company LR Facility Services has operated as a service provider for the German facility management market with its focal point on cleaning and maintenance of buildings. The range of our offers cover common service types such as industrial and maintenance cleanings, as well as more complex and special orders, for example the cleaning of photovoltaic-systems and the restoration of natural and artificial stones. Our organizational culture and values are crucially shaped by the awareness of our social and ecological responsibility. The business owner exemplifies this responsibility and all employees act on that maxim. The implications of this awareness are of more than just theoretical nature: by putting ÖkoClean100™ on the facility management market in 2007, we made a quantum leap in ecological cleaning. During the development of ÖkoClean100™, environmental protection and providing high-grade services were central issues as they are core values of our company’s mission statement. Merging innovative, eco-friendly, and efficient cleaning products and techniques into sophisticated and dynamic cleaning concepts, makes us able to provide customized advices and services which are unique in our business sector up to now. Minimizing water consumption and reducing the use of chemicals to at least 50 percent are the main objectives and challenges of ÖkoClean100™. We strive for our vision of gaining the ecological market leadership in the German facility management sector. In recent years we have received several awards for our involvement in environmental protection, the efficient use of resources, and social responsibility.
