KÖMMERLING 88 plus

KÖMMERLING 88 plus is the new profile generation with the ideal depth dimension of 88 millimetres, a modern design with perfect profile proportions. A highly insulating “thermo” central gasket system with six small chambers. Three gasket levels in all areas (sash and frame rebate) ensure an increased protection against driving rain as well as wind tightness. The innovative sash rebate sealing provides additional thermal insulation. The glazing spectrum comprises 24 to 52 millimetres. Thanks to these improved load-bearing properties, larger window sashes can be realised. Already the standard version of this new system achieves the requirements of low energy houses. It is also available with an aluminium cover, as AluFusion System and as a variation coming up to the demands of passive houses. The Uf-values range from 1,0 < 0,8 W/ (m²K) depending on the chosen version. At the same time, there are many design possibilities as far as shapes and colours are concerned thanks to the various surface versions, such as foiling in plain colours, with wooden structures or aluminium. Due to the intelligent overall construction of this new system, all values concerning thermal and sound insulation, security and economy can be considerably increased. This system also is exemplary in ecological aspects: As worldwide being the first extrusion company, for the production of the PVC profiles, the brand KÖMMERLING exclusively uses lead-free PVC with “green” stabilisers on a calcium/zinc basis apart from recycled material in fresh window material.
