In almost 20 years of operation, Classen Apparatebau Wiesloch (CAW) has made a name worldwide for - state-of-the-art individually customized high temperature process heating systems, - gas, liquid and solid waste incinerators, - modern and robust solid fuel firing systems for the thermal utilization of wood waste and biomass, - thermal off-gas purification systems - and decentralised power stations. The CAW-reciprocating grates are versatile, reliable and very tolerant to a broad variety of fuel sizes and physical moisture contents while performing excellent burnout and minimum emissions. All of CAW's products are designed for max. efficiency and min. environmental impact by permanent optimisation of the combustion parameters, application of low- NOx firing systems and waste heat recovery systems. CAW's scope of supply ranges from pre-contractual engineering and feasibility studies through single plant components and up to turn-key energy centres. The KONTAKTOMAT(R)-thermal oil heaters are designed, fabricated and equipped acc. to the PED 2014/68/EC, DIN 4754, the ASME-Code as well as acc. to the SQLO/ML-requirements of the PRC. Licences for the delivery of CAW's energy systems to the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union are being held.
