R+D, production and sales of intelligent and self-learning individual room control systems that combine comfort and energy savings in domestic, public and industrial buildings - eu.bac certified with excellent results since March 2014. The system learns the energy/heating behaviour of every room regulated and takes into consideration external energy-sources to avoid over- or under-heating (in a set-value-channel from +/- 0,15°). One central unit can manage up to 30 different rooms/several units can be combined. Applications are possible in apartments, blocks or flats, nurseries, town halls, office blocks, hotels, schools, surgeries, labs, workshops, chalets, garages, etc... The system works with all existing energy sources and heating units! Compatible energy sources: gas, oil, electricity, wood, bio-materials, heat-pumps, solar collectors, etc... Compatible heating units: underfloor heating / radiators / panel /heatings / radiant ceiling heatings / skirting boards / reversible systems / ...

Architecture University in Nantes / Ceiling heating
Modern building with large windows, very innovative architectural concept with ceiling heatings in all offices, meeting rooms, librairies, ... The Thermozyklus system makes the difference by automatically detecting window openings, and, without any window-contact, stopping the heating when one is open to avoid unneeded energy consumption. The temperature behaviour of the regulated rooms can also be monitored to follow up the energy behaviour of the building.

Office building / skirt board heating
The Thermozyklus system regulates skirt boards in 7 rooms and distributes existing solar energy throughout the rooms via the wall-heating system to increase user comfort. The system immediately detects external energy inputs such as sunshine, energy from office machinery, and so on; it reacts in real time by eventually shutting the heating if the in-room calories are sufficient to maintain the set temperature, avoiding that way overheating of the rooms, which has been an issue for the users before.

Kindergarten / floorheating
The Kindergarten was heated by floorheating, working with one outside temperature sensor and one inside temperature sensor. Many problems had to be faced; the system wasn't able to act in real time depending on user behavior, external sun wasn't taken into consideration and the rooms were overheated all the time. The implementation of radio room sensors, a relay box beside the central manifold and a central unit in the office of the director, was completed in just 1 hour. An immediate consequence confirmed the quality of the installation: customer satisfaction at its best. Now kids and teachers are happy, feeling well with the very small temperature-tolerance of +/- 0,15°C. An extension to the radiator-heated rooms is scheduled.

Renovation of an old villa / radiators
In 2005, a couple decided to buy the house next to their villa to change it into a premium guest house. They had to face a smart challenge: saving the appeal of the nice looking old cast iron radiators without compromising on thermal comfort. Thermozyklus made it possible. Thermozyklus installed a combined radio and cable system in the house. This way, the owners still have the full control of their heating system and can manage the temperature in the different rooms from distance via the PC-i profile software. Temperature in vacant rooms can be reduced, automatic increases or decreases can be scheduled etc. Moreover, might guests forget to close the window, the system would react accordingly.
