With two plants, we have become a capable manufacturer in the field of blasting-, paint-spraying- and conveyor technique for large components. In our blastrooms, components are prepared for the following coating process in various countries all over the world. We have made a huge step towards the humanization of the workplace and an increase of efficiency with our blasting robot „ReCo-Blaster". The development of energy-saving paint-spraying installations has made us become one of the leading suppliers of such installations. We deliver a suitable installation, no matter if the workpiece is to be coated in stationary installed cabins, in telescopic cabins with a telescopic dryer or on our open-space paint-spraying area. Technical details like the sectional ventilation system with an automatic worker-detection system or the two-stage paint-separation system do not only make lower energy costs possible, they also increase the ease of use and the ease of maintenance. Our heavy-duty conveyor technique does not only transport the worker to any desired working position but also conveys large workpieces via overhead rail systems or transport wagons into the blasting or paint-spraying installation.
