Stetter SMART Control
SMART Control is a new intelligent control system to set the speed of the truck mixer drum. The functions of the drum control system are set intuitively via an ergonomic single-lever operation and can alternatively be selected via a membrane keyborad. The most economic working point is automatically selected with the drum speed parameter for filling and discharging considering the engine characteristics of the diesel engine. As a rule, this point is located in the lower speed range. It results to a significant reduction of diesel consumption and noise. During driving the current diesel engine speed is registered via the vehicles CAN-bus or via a speed sensor and considered as disturbance for faster adjustment and keeping of a constant drum speed (CSD - constant speed drive). Again it results to a reduction of diesel consumption and a clear reduction of wear.
Stetter Cooling Systems
Stetter cooling solutions is unique in its design regarding the production of ice with low energy consumption. If ice is not required, the plants have the capability to produce ice-water at 1 degree Celsius. SCS-CW (chilled-water plants) produce ice water at 1 degree Celsius or chilled water at 5 degree Celsius. Up to 30 - 50 % energy savings vs. conventional ice production systems. Concrete cooling solutions for special projects (e.g. Dam / Hydro-Power) available.
Stetter Concrete Recycling plants
Stetter recycling plants with an output of up to 20 m³/h. Concern for our environment, guidelines from legal authorities and above all, an increased awareness of costs are the main reasons for worldwide efforts to solve the concrete industrys disposal and recycling problems. - Recycled aggregates to be reused - Water conservation due to closed water circulation during washing operation - Up to 100 % of the slurry water can be used for concrete mixing - Low-noise operation

Stetter Concrete Mixing Plants are available as stationary or as mobile plants without foundation. Our modular mixing plants are reliable and cost-effective. Stetter Pan Mixers or Stetter Twin-Shaft Mixers guarrantee an excellent mixing effect with short mixing and discharge times. Our own developed control systems are perfectly adapted to the requirement and needs of the concrete industry. Altogehter it results to a most economical concrete production which helps to save cement and energy.
