Company presentation The engineering office has existed since 1st October 1993. It is situated in Lichtenau in Mittelsachsen, Saxony, Federal Republic of Germany. The services especially cover consulting, planning, tender and construction supervision of installations of heating engineering, air conditioning technology and sanitary engineering for residental and commercial buildings, selling organisations, schools, sports-, leisure and health care facilities as well as industrial buildings. We focus on innovative and economic systems solutions. The use of air flowing pebble-bed stores (a result of the research work at the university in Zwickau) contributes to high energy efficiency in air-conditioning plants. The engineering office employs 7 planning engineers and 2 technical draughtswomen, whereby one egineer is available for construction supervision in Germany and Europe. We can fall back on reliable freelancers or use the cooperation of further engineering offices for very big building projects (more than ¤ 5 million construction costs building services). Thereby we can offer further planning services, for example for electrical engineering systems. Our team manages relevant planning tasks by comprehensive know-how, modern calculation software and CAD/ CAE applications under the leadership of project managers. The exchange of data with architects and constructors is possible without any problems. We take the cooperation with our customers, architects and other specialists involved for granted and give it high priority at the coordination of the project. The engineering office develops technical solutions for building services like district heating stations, local heating plant systems, power plants with fossil and biogenic energy sources, solar systems, heating pump systems, heat productions plants and chimney constructions, sanitary installations and compressor units, ventilating systems, air conditioning and refrigeration plants in the industry and commercial sector, fuel deposits as well as heat supply concepts. Furthermore we develop energy supply studies, energy demand calculations by EnEV, energy consultings for industry and trade, investigations of the stack height as well as economical efficiency studies and engineering opinions. We are a member of the Chamber of Engineers Saxony, registered “consulting engineer” and certified energy consultant for the industry.
