First of all we are looking how a building can be modified into a contemporary and economic condition. Then we analyze the basic fabric, check throughout the market available products, do comparative calculations and develop an individual planning. Finally we assure by tenders as well as construction and site supervision, that all steps will be realised economically and professionally.

In this Master Plan renewable energy of photovoltaic and solar thermal systems are used to generate electricity as well as hot water and heating. The high insulation standard of the building shell decreases the energy demand beyond the legal requirements. (Client: City of Lübeck)
The aim is to minimize the energy demand and its caused CO2-emissions by heating, hot water generation and electricity production. The remaining emissions will be compensated by renewable energy generation inside and outside of the residential area. By that a compensation of the annual energy balance will be achieved.
